DELIVERY PROCESS POLICY

(Applicable for E-Commerce, Website, App, Digital Services & Physical Products)


1. Introduction

This Delivery Process Policy describes how Shivashish Digital Private Limited (“we”, “our”, “company”) delivers physical products and digital services to customers across India.
We aim to ensure fast, reliable and secure delivery through verified and approved channels.


🔵 2. Delivery of Digital Products & Services

Digital services include DSC (Digital Signature Certificate), eSign services, software, digital goods, downloads, reports, and IT services.

✔ Delivery Modes

Digital deliveries are made through:

  • Email

  • WhatsApp

  • SMS

  • Web Dashboard / User Panel

  • Mobile App

  • Secure Download Link

  • Cloud Storage (Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.)

  • API-based delivery (where applicable)

✔ Delivery Time

Digital services are usually delivered within:

  • Instant to 24 hours — eSign, APIs, digital files

  • 24–48 hours — DSC approval & token pairing

  • 1–3 working days — website updates, software or IT tasks

✔ Verification Required

Certain services require:

  • KYC

  • OTP

  • Aadhaar eKYC

  • Identity verification

Only after proper verification will digital delivery be initiated.


🔵 3. Delivery of Physical Products

Physical items include:

  • USB Tokens (ePass, Proxkey, Watchdata, MToken, etc.)

  • IT accessories

  • Hardware linked to digital services

✔ Delivery Partners

Physical orders are delivered through:

  • Our in-house delivery team

  • Empanelled courier services (DTDC, BlueDart, Delhivery, etc.)

  • Third-party logistics (Shadowfax, XpressBees, Amazon partners)

  • Two-wheeler delivery partners (Rapido, Ola Bike, Porter, Dunzo etc.)

  • Local transport services (as needed)

✔ Delivery Time

Typical delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 days

  • Tier-2/Tier-3 Cities: 3–7 days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 days

A tracking ID/SMS/WhatsApp notification will be provided whenever possible.


🔵 4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on:

  • Weight of product

  • Delivery location

  • Courier type (Standard / Express)

  • Special handling requirements

Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.


🔵 5. Same-Day / Express Delivery (Where Available)

For certain local PIN codes, same-day delivery may be arranged through:

  • Rapido

  • Ola Bike

  • Porter

  • In-house dispatch team

Additional charges may apply.


🔵 6. Verification Before Dispatch

To maintain security, certain items such as DSC tokens may require:

  • KYC verification

  • Document check

  • Payment confirmation

  • Telephonic confirmation

We reserve the right to cancel or hold delivery if:

  • Submitted documents are incorrect

  • Fraud is suspected

  • Payment is incomplete


🔵 7. Delivery Delays

Deliveries may be delayed due to:

  • Public holidays

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural calamities

  • Political disturbances

  • Operational issues with courier partners

  • High order volume

The company will make all reasonable efforts to deliver on time but is not liable for delays beyond its control.


🔵 8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the customer is not available at the address:

  • Courier may attempt up to 2–3 times,

  • After that, the order may return to origin (RTO)

  • Redelivery charges may apply

For two-wheeler delivery riders, if customer is unavailable:

  • Rider may wait up to 5–10 minutes

  • Delivery may be marked as “Failed”


🔵 9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate address and active mobile number

  • Ensure availability at delivery time

  • Respond to calls from courier/delivery agents

  • Check package condition at delivery

For physical items, unboxing video is mandatory for replacement claims.


🔵 10. Delivery Confirmation

A delivery is considered completed when:

  • Customer signs/digitally acknowledges delivery, or

  • Courier confirms delivery status, or

  • OTP-based delivery is completed, or

  • Download link is accessed (digital product)


🔵 11. International Delivery

Currently, Shivashish Digital delivers within India only, unless stated otherwise for special projects or digital services.
