⭐ RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY

(Effective for Website, App & All Digital Services)

1. Introduction

Shivashish Digital Private Limited (“Company”, “We”, “Us”) aims to provide high-quality digital signature services, USB cryptographic tokens, IT solutions, and digital services.
This policy explains the cancellation, return, and refund process applicable to customers.

🔵 2. Digital Signature Certificates (DSC)

DSC once issued cannot be returned or refunded due to Government guidelines (CCA, e-Mudhra, Capricorn, etc.).
Once the DSC application has been processed or approved:

  • ❌ No cancellation

  • ❌ No return

  • ❌ No refund

If a customer has submitted wrong details/documents, the company will not be responsible.

🔵 3. USB Tokens (Physical Products)

USB Tokens such as ePass 2003, Proxkey, Watchdata, MToken etc. once delivered are non-returnable due to security and cryptographic restrictions.

However, returns may be accepted only if:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product received in damaged condition

  • Product not functioning (dead on arrival)

Conditions:

✔ Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
✔ Unboxing video mandatory
✔ Packaging and product must be intact
✔ Replacement will be provided, refund will NOT be issued

🔵 4. IT Services & Website/App Development

For IT, software, website & digital services:

Cancellation before work starts:

✔ 50% deduction (processing & resource booking charges)

Cancellation after work starts:

❌ No refund (project cost is used in planning, design & development)

🔵 5. Online Digital Services (eSign, API, Verification Services)

Once a digital service is initiated or used:

  • ❌ No cancellation

  • ❌ No refund

Digital services are instant and non-reversible.

🔵 6. Order Cancellation by Shivashish Digital

Company reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Incorrect document submission

  • Fake/mismatched KYC

  • Suspected fraud attempt

  • Technical limitations

If order is cancelled from our side before processing, a refund may be issued after deducting processing charges (5%–25%).

🔵 7. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved (special case only):

  • Refund will be initiated within 7–15 working days

  • Refund will be processed to original payment method
