If you do not agree, please stop using the services immediately.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By using our website or services, you confirm that:

  • You are 18 years or older, and

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If acting on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are an authorized representative.

3. SERVICES PROVIDED

  • Issuance and renewal of DSC (Class 3, DGFT, etc.)

  • eSign and Aadhaar-based authentication

  • USB DSC Tokens & cryptographic devices

3.2 IT & Software Services

  • Web design & development

  • Mobile app development

  • UI/UX design

  • Cloud hosting, domains & email services

  • IT consultancy & digital marketing

3.3 E-commerce

Sale of digital goods, software, tokens, and related IT products.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Not misuse or damage the website

  • Not attempt unauthorized access, hacking, or scraping

  • Comply with Indian cyber laws (IT Act 2000, etc.)

  • Use DSC/eSign only for legitimate purposes

Providing false information can result in termination of services.

5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION (IF APPLICABLE)

Some services require account creation. Users must:

  • Keep login credentials confidential

  • Inform us if they detect unauthorized access

  • Accept responsibility for all activities performed through their account

6. PAYMENTS & BILLING

  • All payments must be made through approved gateways.

  • Orders may be cancelled for payment failure or suspicious activity.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY (FOR USB TOKENS & PHYSICAL PRODUCTS)

  • Delivery timelines vary (usually 3–7 working days within India).

  • We are not responsible for courier delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party courier partners.

8. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

8.1 Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • DSC issuance (once approved by Certifying Authority)

  • eSign services

  • Software licenses

  • Digital goods/services

8.2 Refundable Products

Cancellation may be allowed for:

  • USB Tokens (only if unused and sealed)

  • Hardware products (within 7 days of delivery)

Refund approval is subject to our inspection.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All logos, images, software, content, and materials on this website are the:

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service.

12. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

  • Data Protection guidelines

  • Our Privacy Policy (visible on our website)

User data may be shared only when legally required or to complete order processing.

13. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • Perform suspicious or illegal activity

14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms follow the laws of India, and disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of:
