4. Processing Timeline

  • Data is securely deleted within 7–15 working days

  • The user will receive a confirmation email once deletion is completed

5. Limitations (Important)

Certain data cannot be deleted due to legal obligations, such as:

  • DSC issuance logs (as per CCA, Government of India guidelines)

  • MCA/ROC-related data for company verification

  • Mandatory tax and invoice records

  • Fraud-prevention & audit logs

Such data will remain stored as required by law.

6. Automatic Deletion

We may automatically delete unused or inactive data after a certain retention period, ensuring safety and compliance.
